Product Description of CaO-Based Desiccant Masterbatch
CaO-based desiccant masterbatch is a functional hygroscopic additive formulated with high-purity calcium oxide as the core desiccating ingredient, compounded with PE carrier resin and processed through precise extrusion and granulation. This granular masterbatch features excellent moisture absorption performance and uniform dispersion inside plastic substrates.
It effectively absorbs internal residual moisture and eliminates bubble, silver streak and cracking defects caused by humid raw materials. With stable processing compatibility and no impact on plastic physical properties, it serves as an ideal drying solution for damp-sensitive plastic products, greatly improving finished product yield and overall processing stability.

Product Application of CaO-Based Desiccant Masterbatch
Injection Molding: Suitable for PA, ABS and recycled PP materials. It effectively avoids common defects including surface streaks, unsatisfactory material fluidity and short shots.
Blown Film: Used for LDPE and LLDPE film manufacturing. It helps enhance film transparency and eliminate air-bubble defects triggered by residual moisture.
Extrusion: Stabilizes the production of moisture-sensitive profiles, pipes and sheets, and reduces surface marks and surface roughness.
Blow Molding: Contributes to more even wall-thickness distribution and improves the surface appearance of hollow bottles and packaging containers.
Recycled Plastic Applications: Removes excess moisture contained in post-consumer and industrial recycled plastics, ensuring stable processing performance.
