Product Description of PVC Masterbatch
PVC masterbatch is a granular color concentrate suitable for rigid and flexible-type PVC materials. Compared with loose powdered pigments, it shows better dispersion, lower dust pollution and less material waste, helping obtain smoother extrusion process and stable coloring effect. It features uniform shade, high tinting strength with low addition amount, and good thermal stability under regular PVC processing temperatures.
This product has favorable UV and weather resistance, complies with RoHS and FDA environmental standards, and can be customized into glossy, matte, conductive and other special-effect formulations for different end-use requirements.
